Ante-Natal Classes

If you don't know very much about the processes of labour and birth but want to find out, it is a good idea to go to ante-natal classes with your partner. Our antenatal classes are specially designed to provide you with the information on guidelines and education on the preparation before, during and after your delivery.

The classes are held bi-monthly and among the topics discussed are:

-	Balance Nutrition.
-	Pain Relief.
-	Normal and Abnormal Process of Delivery.
-	Common Ailments Among Babies.
-	Breathing Techniques And Posture During Labour.

Every first time mother-to-be has questions and fears about the child's birth. Therefore, we invite you to join our antenatal classes to overcome your worries.

DEMC Antenatal Classess provide you with information about pregnancy, labour and delivery process and also baby care. Conducted by our Specialist, we allow you to discuss any concerns you might have with other expectant parents regarding labour and delivery process, breathing techniques and tips on how both parents can cope during labour and afterwards.

02.30 - 3.30 pm	:	"Nutrition During Pregnancy" (by Nutritionist)
3.30 - 4.30 pm	:	"Breathing Techniques During Labour" (by Physiotherapist)
4.30 - 5.00 pm	:	"The Importance of Postnatal Care"
5.00 pm	:	Tea Break & Adjourn
